Meilen Wairepo brings a fresh and motivated mindset to position at First National Rochedale. With over 7 years’ experience in real estate, she has grown to appreciate and enjoy the complexities of the role.
Meilen is not someone who takes short cuts to get the job done, instead preferring to take a proactive rather than reactive approach, addressing issues before they arise. She wants her clients to have a sense of trust in her, so they feel like they’re in the very best of hands.
Plenty of customer service experience in past positions such as real estate receptionist and assistant property officer proved to be the perfect grounding, reinforcing the importance of client care and attention.
The fast pace of real estate keeps Meilen driven and she’s excited by the fact that every property is different and every landlord and tenant unique. She had heard so many good things about First National Rochedale that she was eager to be part of the team, encouraged by their respect for clients and passion for achieving the best possible results.
